In the spring of 2022, Mallard's Bar-B-Que decided that it was time to go full time BBQ! The process began of designing and building out food trailer with one purpose, bringing high quality bar-b-que to the people of Sedalia and MID MO. fast forward to January 2023, after many months of hard work and preparations, we opened our trailer to the public!

We like to showcase our BAR-B-QUE at various events around the area, but stick to making ourselves available to the masses! That's why you can find us open to the public Wednesday - Saturday the majority of the time.

building our trailer has allowed flexibility in the beginning stages, but as we continue to grow with the help of your support, we hope to continue growing and evolving the experience we are able to provide you with. who knows, maybe one day soon we’ll even have our very own brick and mortar for you to visit!
